Digital Manager

Develop and manage the agency's digital offering.

Skills & Personality

You are

Equipped with strong business and digital project management skills. You know how to sell and coordinate complex web projects, and understand the technical and strategic challenges related to the web. Experienced in the entire sales cycle, from needs assessment to negotiation, you have a keen sense of client relationships and performance.

You know how to juggle multiple projects, understand clients' business objectives, and communicate effectively with our agile teams.

Looking for new challenges and willing to work with international clients and teams, you want to participate in creating a fulfilling work environment for your colleagues and yourself.

You have what it takes

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital strategy/design/sales, in a creative agency or similar
  • A keen sense of listening and empathy to understand and support our clients
  • Mastery of digital processes (UX, UI, development) with great attention to detail
  • Driven by performance, both commercially and in achieving our clients' objectives
  • An affinity with innovation challenges (AI, phygital, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss market
  • Demonstrated project management skills and comfort with various management tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English (German is a plus)
  • Good stress resistance and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience or interest in service design, UX, or digital marketing is a major asset
  • Any passion for digital, brand, and business-related fields is a plus
