You are

A front-end web developer who loves beauty, efficiency, accessibility and complexity. You want to be part of a highly skilled dev team in Lausanne and take the lead on different projects.

You are looking for new challenges and complex issues of animation, performance, accessibility do not scare you. You are also keen to collaborate directly with designers and bring your ideas, advice and expertise to push the quality and creativity of our creations even further.

Accessibility and performance are important to you, you are driven above all by the visible result and have a strong sensitivity to detail.

You have what it takes

At least 3 years as a front-end developer in a creative agency
A thorough understanding of the web platform – CSS, Javascript, HTML, Web APIs
A good eye for design and aesthetics
Applied experience with React and/or other frontend frameworks
A professional level of written and spoken French and English
A thorough understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, devops)
Mastery of web standards for performance, SEO and accessibility
The ability to mentor and coach junior/intermediate web developers
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with the Agile mindset and processes is a plus
